No. Mapo is not designed for independent couriers: it is a route planning tool built for companies that manage their own teams of drivers.

However, you can offer your services to the Woop transport network, which brings together more than 1,000 partners: carriers, freight forwarders, bike couriers, pickup point and locker networks, and collaborative platforms. Woop is a software company, not a carrier. We offer two solutions:

• The Woop DMS (Delivery Management System): retailers use it to orchestrate their deliveries across multiple carriers (checkout, carrier selection, customer tracking, ship from store, click & collect, cost management).
• Mapo: it lets you plan and optimize your own drivers' routes.

Mapo is designed for any company that runs delivery, collection or field service routes: retail, distribution, food, healthcare, services, carriers. It handles up to 50 constraints: time windows, vehicle capacities, visit durations, priorities, pick-up & delivery, zoning.

The Woop DMS is designed for companies that want to offer and manage multiple delivery methods. More than 500 companies trust us, including Leroy Merlin, Auchan, Decathlon, Boulanger and Electro Dépôt.

Yes. All Woop and Mapo features are available through APIs, with public documentation in the Developers section of woopit.fr. You can also import your addresses and orders from a file.

Our solutions operate in France and across Europe, and the platform is available in French, English and Spanish.

Yes. Mapo Driver is available on iOS and Android. It offers turn-by-turn navigation, real-time geolocation, proof of visit collection (signature, photo) and comments. Your customers can also be notified automatically by text message.
