COMMUNICATION OFFICER / CONTENT MANAGER

The Communications Officer, under the responsibility of the Communications Director, ideally as a final year intern, who will actively contribute to our content strategy aimed at acquiring, retaining and educating our prospects.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Participation in the internal and external communication strategy in support of the communication team: 

  • External communication: producing institutional and commercial communication materials (use cases, kakemonos, videos, etc.)

  • Event communication

  • Internal communication: mobilising and strengthening employee commitment.

Project management and coordination of communication operations:

  • Follow-up, organisation of meetings, reminders, briefs. Participation in the organisation of photo shoots, video creations, campaigns...

Daily animation of social networks:

  • Produce the newsletter and monitor the indicators: research & definition of topics, writing of articles, search for partners, follow-up of internal people who have to write articles...

Setting up a competitive and market watch:

  • Monitoring and analysing the presence of our partners on the web.

  • Monitor influential communities.

ON YOUR SIDE YOU HAVE:
 

  • A bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or digital. (school of communication/commerce)

  • A strong interest and knowledge of BtoB/BtoC social networks and their ecosystem: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube...

  • A first significant experience is required: digital, communication & marketing

  • Very good writing skills

  • A good command of the Adobe suite and video editing software would be a plus!

  • Based in Lille or mobile (telecommuting/flexibility possible)

TRANSPORT PROJECT MANAGER

As a Transport Project Manager, you will be the key contact for all our new transport partners. You will manage and organise the integration schedule while respecting the priorities of the transport team. You will support the onboarding of new partners on our platform as well as all upgrades/technical developments on the carrier side.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Framing the integration of a new carrier:

  • Present functional and technical documentation to new partners

  • Collect the business needs (name and contact of the carrier, for which flow(s), which brand(s), priority level...).

  • Review the structure and integration patterns of each new carrier to identify the workload with the technical teams.

Managing the integration of new partners:

  • Supporting our developers or carriers in the technical development of our APIs

  • Lead and carry out the test phase with the teams and transporters.

  • Manage the production launch

Leading team rituals:

Participate in the development of Woop's business:

  • Propose developments based on your experience on the platform and feedback from our users

  • Share your ideas to improve the onboarding process for transporters and the performance of the Woop team as a whole.


 

ON YOUR SIDE YOU HAVE:

  • Significant experience in project management

  • Organisational skills, able to step back and manage your priorities to meet your commitments. 

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to be able to work with our international partners.

TRANSPORT NETWORK OFFICER
Lille - Permanent Contract - ASAP

JOIN OUR TEAM !

As a Transport Network Manager, you will be the key contact for all our transport partners. 
You will be in charge of sourcing partners who will enrich WOOP's network at different levels: local, national and international.


You will lead certain project rituals and be the permanent link with the client, our commercial, technical and operations teams. You will be the support and referent on the transport part of the commercial team. 

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Expanding the Woop partner network: 

  • Sourcing and identifying new local, national and international transport partners

  • Identify and set up partnerships with last mile actors

  • Feeding and improving the mapping of the players in our ecosystem 

Animate the network of partners:

  • Manage the relationship with our transport partners

  • Supporting the operations team in running the business

  • Participate in team rituals 

Enriching the various performance indicators:

  • Analysing, reporting and animating transporters' data

  • Feeding new KPIs into the transport dashboards

Participate in the development of Woop's business:

  • Propose changes based on your experience on the platform and feedback from our users. 

  • Share your ideas to improve the onboarding process for transporters and the performance of the Woop team as a whole.


 

ON YOUR SIDE YOU HAVE:

  • You have a 3-year degree in Commerce, Transport/Supply Chain.

  • Experience in managing service providers.

  • A sense of commercial relations and at ease in relationships, you will be able to establish a relationship of proximity and trust with partners.

  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, in order to work with our international partners.

  • And last but not least, you are caring and curious by nature, you are eager to learn and you like humour and team spirit.

HR Business Partner

Reporting directly to the CEO of Woop, you will actively contribute to defining, proposing and steering the HR strategy of Woop and all our activities.

This new position is a unique opportunity to imagine and implement an HR strategy from scratch.
 

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Front RH : 

  • Take charge of the employer brand, implement events to develop it

  • Organise the annual people review, the annual result of the implementation of the managerial scheme (Ei, Ea, development path, package according to job)

  • Identify talents, organise talent reviews and define training budgets

 

Back RH :

  • Payroll management

  • Responsible for setting up the HRIS (Payfit)

  • Construction and implementation of HR processes

  • Construction of the remuneration policy

AUTOMATION TESTER

To support the development of our roadmap, we are looking for an automated test engineer.

In collaboration with the manual testing team, you will be responsible for the automated testing strategy. From the technical architecture to the production of RobotFramework tests.

Your tasks will include the following :

  • Design and maintain the automated test architecture.

  • Produce the automated tests, multi environment, in adequacy with the rhythms of release.

  • Maintain automated tests and document them.

  • Maintain test execution tools.

  • Execute, debug and report on the quality of deliverables on which automated tests are executed.

  • Manage the automated test production of the rest of the team (to be formed).

  • Conducting R&D on automation and disseminating best practices to the development and automation teams.
